Our hot food is professionally Chef prepared to order with the finest market ingredients, no shortcuts on quality or flavor.  We pride ourselves on making a great impression, so should you!  Minimum of 1 week advance notice for any hot food.


Jumbo Chicken Satay  $1.79 each (min 75 pc)

Jumbo portion of premium chicken breast roasted on bamboo skewers.  Served with Korean BBQ sauce.

Asian Pork Bites  $1.25 each (min 100 pc)

Savory pork bites infused with onions and Asian flavors.  Oven baked fresh and tossed in pineapple soy Thai Chili sauce.

Smoked Pork Shoulder  $95 (serves 20-30)

Two full whole pork shoulders dry rubbed and slow hardwood smoked for 10 hours. Pulled and cleaned from all visible fat then chopped and tossed with very light bbq sauce. Serve with sweet Hawaiian rolls and additional sweet BBQ sauce. 

Korean BBQ Roasted Salmon Fillet $44 (serves 10-12)

Full fillet of Korean BBQ glazed roasted boneless salmon.  This house signature glaze is loaded with flavor and compliments the flaky salmon with a sweet Asian flavor.

Chicken Taco Station (based on 20  or more guests) $11.95 per person

Build you own:  Fresh chili lime seared chicken breast sliced.  Fresh tomatoes, lettuce, soft tortillas, from scratch guacamole, corn tortilla chips, scratch pico de gallo salsa, sour cream, mixed greens with ranchero dressing, black beans, fresh cilantro, lime wedges, and shredded cheese.

Salisbury Steak (min 50 pc) $3.00 each

From scratch jumbo 8 ounce portion braised seasoned ground beef ovals in a caramelized onion gravy. Can be split for a smaller portion.

Chicken Marsala $75 (serves 18-25) 

25 each 4 ounce medallions of Purdue chicken breast in a Marsala wine demi with sauteed mushrooms.

Sliced Roast Pork Loin $75 (serves 18-25)

Slow roasted juicy, thin sliced pork loin with a Mango cilantro spiced salsa or Marsala style.

Pizza Chicken $75 (serves 18-25)

25 each 4 ounce medallions of Purdue chicken breast topped with pepperoni, mozzarella cheese over a bed of marinara with fresh basil.

Baked Potato and Salad Bar (based on 20  or more guests) $10.95 per person

Fresh baked russet potatoes, scratch Beef Chili, Broccoli Cheddar soup, cheddar cheese, Amish bacon, scallions, butter, sour cream. Served with fresh garden salad, Ranch, and Italian dressings.

Sliced Beef Tenderloin  $200 (serves 16-20)

Seasoned and roasted to Medium rare, rested and sliced with horsey sauce and split sweet rolls.

Smoked Roasted Angus Strip Loin of Beef $225 (serves 20-25)

Smoked and Roasted roasted Medium rare.  Sliced thin with split sweet Kings rolls and horsey sauce.

Macaroni & Cheese $75  (serves 25-35)

3" full pan of outstanding mac and cheese made with loads of Wisconsin sharp cheddar and elbow macaroni baked with panko crust.

Southern Baked Beans $56 (serves 30-40)

Spoon thick southern baked beans with brown sugar, molasses, Sweet onions, and Amish bacon.

Chicken & Mushroom Alfredo in Mini Bowtie Pastas $60  (serves 18-22)

Cubed chicken breast and sauteed mushrooms in a Parmesan garlic cream sauce with mini bowties, fresh basil, and panko crust.

Italian Sausage and Peppers $80 (serves 15-20)

32 each 2.5" servings of Italian sausage with sauteed bell peppers and sweet onions in a fresh basil garlic marinara sauce.
